We started Stayva because we were tired of chasing rent, manually updating ledgers, and losing sleep over empty beds. We knew there had to be a better way to scale.
Our Story
Managing a Paying Guest accommodation in India is uniquely challenging. It requires wearing multiple hats: accountant, facility manager, marketer, and sometimes therapist to young professionals away from home.
When our founders managed their first 50 beds, Whatsapp and Excel worked fine. But when they scaled to 250 beds across 4 properties, the operations crumbled. Rent collection delays skyrocketed, maintenance requests fell through the cracks, and tenant turnovers became a nightmare.
We built Stayva to automate the chaos. It’s the platform we wish we had when we started.
